Comments, Reviews, and Emails
Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.
We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant Listory non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.
User Account
If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Challenges, Promotions, Credits
From time to time, we may present certain "challenges" or promotions within the Service. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to offer or not offer these challenges and/or promotions, and to determine whether you are eligible to participate in the challenge or promotion and/or receive any benefits or credit(s) based on your participation. For example, from time to time we may offer a daily challenge in which you earn a credit based on your ability to present a "better" story to us than the story we selected for you. For any such challenge, we shall be the sole determining party, in our discretion, deciding whether you have earned the credit based on the response you provided. Credits are limited to one credit per user per day, and can only be redeemed toward your subscription after you have already paid for a subscription and can show a subscription receipt. Credits cannot be redeemed until you have banked at least $5 in credits. Credits have no monetary value outside of the Service, as they are only redeemable toward your subscription for the Service.
